The impact that educational staff have on our students is beyond measure. At the last home game of the Tekonsha Indians basketball season, seniors were able to show their gratitude to some of their educators and staff members. Seniors from the winter sports teams each chose their most influential staff member, presenting them with a plaque and a hand-written letter, while a description of the impact made on their lives was read for the full-house audience. Some students selected a staff member from Tekonsha and some selected an instructor from the Calhoun Area Career Center. This new tradition was coordinated by the girls basketball coach, Mrs. Aryn Henry, and the Tekonsha Athletic Department.
