The Calhoun Area Career Center held a student showcase on Thursday, April 6, at the CACC in Battle Creek. Tekonsha students, along with other students from around the county, gave presentations to help demonstrate the skills and knowledge that the students learn within their respective programs and career fields. Examples of the presentations included a mock traffic stop, recipes (and tastings) for foods to help address different health conditions and diseases, detailed explanation of specific jobs within a career pathway, tours of the automotive repair shop, and more! Congratulations to all of the students for the hard work they put into their presentations!
